Comté 18-Month Grande Reserve
Generous piece of 18-month-old Comte cheese from Franche-Comte, eastern France. Made from unpasteurized cow’s milk, the semi-hard cheese delivers creamy, nutty, and peppery notes and will go beautifully with our Corsican chutney or with your favourite honey. 
Bleu de Gex
Le Bleu de Gex is a semi-soft, creamy unpasteurized cow’s milk cheese. The aromas and flavours are relatively mild with well defined fruity and nutty characters. It will go beautifully with our Corsican onion and honey chutney or cherry and thyme chutney.
Brie de Meaux Donge
A delicious raw, soft unpasteurised cow’s milk cheese. Covered in a bloomy white rind. It has sweet, buttery flavours of mushrooms, truffles and almonds.
